Senior Associate – Corporate Accounting & Reporting

Responsibilities
Own the accounting for corporate entities, from transaction initiation to reporting (both internal and external)
Prepare analytical reviews for owned entities and present findings to senior finance management
Prepare quarterly general ledger reconciliations to underlying subledgers and source systems
Own consolidation adjustments, allocated footnotes, and disclosures in consolidated audited financial statements
Complete and assist with various audit-related work papers for interim and annual audits and address any follow-up inquiries
Prepare analysis to support annual tax filings, working with external tax advisors to meet reporting deadlines
Prepare ad-hoc analysis as requested and communicate results to senior management and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3–7 years of public accounting or combined public/industry experience, with a focus on consolidations
Must have prior or current experience with a Big 4 firm
Experience with financial accounting systems (PeopleSoft or Oracle preferred) and strong IT systems aptitude required
