Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms
Track basic performance metrics (likes, comments, reach, engagement) and report insights
Engage with followers by replying to comments, DMs, and community posts
Foster a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive online community
Flag important messages, feedback, or issues to the team
Help moderate comments and enforce community guidelines when needed
Assist with brainstorming content ideas, captions, and community prompts
Support campaigns, launches, or special events on social media
Coordinate with team members or creators to ensure smooth communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable interacting with people online in a professional manner
Basic understanding of social media analytics (or willingness to learn)
