Responsibilities

Support deal teams in project management of live deals including tracking investor meetings, creation of marketing materials (confidential information memorandum, teaser)
Support deal teams in financial and valuation analysis such as building fund-level waterfalls, fund-level exit projections and sensitivities
Prepare client presentations and interacting with senior bankers, private equity sponsors and institutional investors
Perform industry research and gain in-depth understanding of secondary market trends
Develop an in depth understanding of secondary advisory deal process

Required

Must be on track to receive Bachelors, Masters or equivalent degree in December 2027 or Spring 2028

Strong interest in private markets, secondary advisory and capital raising for private equity sponsors
Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in private equity
Desire to join a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial platform
Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Significant level of maturity and the ability to work under pressure as a part of a small team with top company executives and senior management
Highly organized, with the initiative and ability to multitask and work with limited supervision on a team
