Responsibilities
Prepare pleadings, handle discovery, and try cases as first or second chair
Work closely with the team to deliver successful outcomes for clients and contribute to the firm's commitment to cultural diversity and excellence
Appear in court, including oral arguments and evidentiary hearings
Qualification
Required
4-7 years' experience in complex litigation
Possess a strong background in managing cases from beginning to end, including client intake and management, litigation avoidance counseling, case strategy development, and court appearances
Member, in good standing of the Pennsylvania AND New Jersey bars
Results oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
