Responsibilities
Set up and run branded pop-up events in malls, outdoor spaces, and other busy public areas
Approach and engage customers with confidence, enthusiasm, and authenticity
Share product knowledge, answer questions, and help customers make informed choices
Maintain a clean, inviting, and on-brand event display
Track daily metrics and celebrate wins with your team
Receive hands-on mentorship, regular performance feedback, and structured career coaching
Progress into Team Lead roles and Regional Supervisor opportunities for high performers
Qualification
Required
A natural people-person who thrives in social environments
Reliable and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Comfortable working in public spaces, interacting with diverse customers
Can reliably commute to Santa Ana and various local event locations in Orange County
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (we do not provide visa sponsorship)
No previous sales experience required — we provide full training
