Evaluate and execute technology-focused private equity investment opportunities
Build and review detailed financial models, operating cases, and valuation analyses
Lead and coordinate due diligence work streams alongside advisors and management teams
Prepare investment committee materials and transaction presentations
Support portfolio companies through strategic initiatives and value creation efforts
(VP level) Take a leadership role in deal execution and mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
Associate: 2-4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking
Vice President: 5-7+ years of relevant private equity or investing experience
Strong transaction execution and financial modelling skills
Ability to independently evaluate and articulate investment opportunities
Strong communication skills, judgement, and attention to detail
Preferred
Prior technology, software, or tech-enabled services experience preferred
