Customer Success Engineer
CyberForce Global is a cybersecurity software vendor operating in the zero trust space, supporting organizations as they modernize access and security. The Customer Success Engineer will work closely with customers throughout the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and deployment while providing technical support and guidance.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers
Lead onboarding, implementation, and deployment efforts, ensuring smooth integrations
Provide advanced troubleshooting, technical guidance, and hands-on support
Deliver technical workshops, demos, and enablement sessions to drive adoption
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to communicate customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions
Develop best-practice documentation and technical resources to maximise customer value
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience in a technical customer success, solutions engineering, or similar client-facing role
Proven experience working within a GTM-focused startup or high-growth SaaS environment
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Preferred
Background or exposure to zero trust, identity, or security platforms strongly preferred
