Qualification
Required
Relevant post-secondary education (certificate, diploma, or degree) and 1-5 years of directly related experience in the field of work to which you are applying (or an equivalent combination of training and experience)
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Pro)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
Lived experience as a member of one or more equity-deserving groups (Follow this link for Definitions of Equity‑Deserving Groups)
Preferred
Professional experience in an administrative support role at a post-secondary institution
Proficiency in or experience with systems used at Dalhousie such as Banner and Brightspace
