Responsibilities

Provide full P&L ownership and ensure consistent financial performance across all locations
Lead, mentor, and develop operational leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Establish and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer experience
Drive sales performance through effective team training and accountability structures
Oversee standards for facilities, fleet, equipment, and safety compliance
Build and sustain a strong, performance-driven culture rooted in accountability and collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field

Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead at all organizational levels
Proficiency with modern business tools and software (G-Suite preferred)
A proven track record of problem-solving, process improvement, and team development
