NEP Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to be a strong business partner to their Media Services team across the Americas. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, building & maintaining complex financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive key business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Consolidation of 8 US businesses’ financial reporting into executive level presentations for US & Corporate Leadership teams – including for monthly results, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, & various weekly reporting

Create and update detailed financial models to support commercial & operational analysis – such as profitability and utilization of assets, transformation initiatives, and sales pipeline tracking

Partner with functional leaders & HR to support headcount & compensation planning, providing data-driven insights to support financial decision-making

Consistent drive to identify process improvement / efficiencies – partnering with IT & other stakeholders to enable this where appropriate

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business initiatives
