Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and review of complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax engagements
Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services for closely held businesses and high-net-worth clients
Develop and grow new business opportunities within the community and client base
Mentor, train, and supervise managers, seniors, and staff to foster technical excellence and leadership readiness
Partner with firm leadership on regional growth initiatives, process improvements, and service expansion
Collaborate with colleagues nationally to support multi-location clients and firm-wide initiatives
Support advisory projects including entity restructuring, transactions, and multi-state compliance
Qualification
Required
CPA or JD license required
8–12 years of progressive public accounting experience with deep expertise in taxation
Strong client relationship management and business development experience
Proven technical proficiency in federal and state tax law, including multi-state compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for growth and potential equity participation
