Greenspoon Marder LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join their team in Fort Lauderdale. The role involves supporting the Accounting Department with tasks such as monthly bank reconciliations, annual 1099 reporting, and maintaining bank relationships.

Prepare files and assist in monthly bank reconciliations process
Responsible for annual 1099 reporting including necessary adjustments
Support Senior Treasury Specialist in maintaining all bank relationships and acting as a liaison between the Firm and the banks
Opens, updates, and maintains all bank accounts including review and updates of signatories
Maintain and become an expert on various banking platforms
Handle annual filings for Unclaimed Property
Assist in account transfers and outgoing wire approvals
Provides backup for daily cash receipts uploads and postings
Special Projects including assisting in Firm’s annual audit
