Inside Sales Representative, HxDR
Hexagon Geosystems is a global leader in digital reality solutions, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for HxDR to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This remote position requires a self-motivated individual who will communicate the unique value proposition of the company's solutions to potential clients and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities
Hand off qualified leads that cannot be closed over the phone the appropriate outside sales representative
Track funnel activities through Sales Force, including creating leads, and converting sales opportunities
Communicate with customers to understand their current needs and recommend additional solutions
Follow up on leads, complete basic proposals, customer quoting, and order processing
Identify new opportunities within the market and develop actions to capitalize on these opportunities
Works in parallel with Outside Sales to move opportunities through the sales cycle to win projects
Qualify and distribute inbound web and phone leads
Lead generation for the regional Sales Executives
Initiate sales opportunity in Salesforce for all inbound leads as needed
Evaluate channel pipeline for accuracy by maintaining Salesforce
Resolves customer billing or service issues, referring complaints to the designated departments for investigation
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Must be able to work productively with minimal supervision
Knowledge of CRM, specifically Salesforce
1 - 3 years of proven sales experience
Individual must have outstanding interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented and comfortable working as part of a small team
Must be able to work independently, take initiative and follow through to provide excellent customer service
Preferred
Experience with selling enterprise Saas, reality capture software, and selling into the AEC market
