Responsibilities

Directly manage and mentor a team of dynamic recruiters to ensure optimal performance

Facilitate regular team meetings, set team objectives, and ensure delivery of KPIs

Identify and address training needs and facilitate onboarding for new hires

Design, plan, and execute advanced recruiting strategies to attract top executive talents within the construction industry

Monitor and evaluate the industry's recruitment trends to keep the firm at the forefront of executive search solutions

Lead administrator of all recruitment software tools, ensuring they are utilized efficiently and effectively

Oversee relationships with job boards and other recruitment channels to ensure maximum visibility for our client's roles

Monitor and evaluate new technologies and tools to keep the recruitment process state-of-the-art

Set clear metrics for recruitment performance and regularly review these with the team and senior leadership

Ensure feedback is collected from candidates and clients to continuously refine our processes
