Responsibilities
Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade Wi-Fi solutions
Analyze and optimize wireless network performance and reliability
Conduct throughput, latency, and packet-level analysis to identify issues
Support deployment and testing of next-generation Wi-Fi technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless wireless connectivity
Document findings and provide recommendations for performance improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi security modes
Experience working with Wi-Fi Mesh networks
Expertise in Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 technologies
Strong understanding of Wi-Fi performance metrics, including throughput and latency testing
Hands-on experience with packet analysis tools such as Wireshark
Preferred
Basic networking knowledge
Scripting experience for automation or troubleshooting
Experience presenting technical concepts to executive stakeholders
Basic understanding of RF concepts
Experience troubleshooting Embedded Linux systems
