Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day operations of our website, including content updates, new page builds, and overall site health (e.g., load times, redirects, security policies). Drive new development initiatives that align with brand standards, user experience best practices, and compliance requirements
Develop and deliver end-to-end reporting and dashboards that track marketing performance, customer engagement, and web activity across channels. Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations that guide marketing and cross-functional teams
Oversee and optimize the platforms powering our marketing engine—including Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Osano, and Luma. Ensure seamless integrations, strong data hygiene, and scalable processes across systems
Lead the SEO strategy to strengthen organic visibility, improve keyword performance, and enhance content discoverability—supporting inbound marketing and digital growth
Support multi-channel campaign execution, including email marketing, nurture streams, and engagement, and paid media tracking. Ensure accurate tagging, attribution, and performance measurement across initiatives
Partner with the Director of Marketing Programs to refine workflows across the lead-to-opportunity pipeline, customer expansion, and ecosystem partner marketing initiatives. Continuously optimize digital touchpoints to drive engagement and accelerate growth across the lifecycle

Required

8+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in Marketing Operations. You have personally strategized, built, deployed, and troubleshooted complex marketing operations systems and processes—you're not just managing from a distance
Experience operating in smaller, agile teams where you've had full ownership across a wide range of technical and operational initiatives
Deep platform expertise with Salesforce and Marketo is essential. You've solved tough technical challenges within these systems and can confidently discuss your approach to configuration, integration, and troubleshooting
Broad martech stack fluency, including tools like Hubspot, Zapier, and consent management platforms (e.g., Osano, Luma). You understand how to maintain data integrity, build scalable processes, and ensure systems are integrated and optimized
Hands-on website operations and governance experience. You've managed content updates, new page builds, CMS workflows, site performance monitoring (load times, script issues, broken links), and compliance frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, and cookie consent management
Proven experience owning SEO strategy and execution. You've improved keyword performance, organic visibility, and inbound traffic by driving both technical and on-page SEO initiatives, in coordination with content and web teams
Exceptional analytical skills with a strong command of marketing analytics. You've built dashboards, reporting frameworks, and attribution models that influence strategic decisions. You're comfortable translating marketing performance and customer behavior data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
A deep understanding of the B2B marketing and customer lifecycle. You've supported the full funnel—from lead acquisition to MQL conversion, opportunity creation, onboarding, and retention—including programs involving partners and ecosystems
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, product, legal, and compliance teams
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You're passionate about continuous improvement, thrive in fast-changing environments, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve problems and implement new solutions
Curious, adaptable, and eager to stay at the forefront of marketing operations innovation. You constantly explore emerging tools, technologies, and best practices to push your craft forward
