Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
10–12 years of experience with D365 CRM & Power Platform as a Solution/Technical Architect
Strong hands-on expertise in D365 Architecture & Design
Advanced experience with Configurations & Customizations
Advanced experience with Plugins, JavaScript, Custom Workflows
Advanced experience with Integration APIs (Web API, WCF)
Advanced experience with Model-driven Apps, Power Automate
Advanced experience with Power Apps Portals, Canvas Apps
Advanced experience with Azure Services
Extensive experience with CRM Sales (CPQ) and Power Apps Portal
Proven ability in code reviews, enhancements, and design reviews
Experience leading and mentoring development teams
Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Hands-on experience with solution deployment
