Qualification

Required

6–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Consulting
Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance / Insurance data especially claims lifecycle, metrics, and workflows
Hands-on expertise with Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL (mandatory)
Working knowledge of AWS for data integration and pipeline understanding
Proven ability to derive insights from large datasets and build executive-level presentations
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred

Experience solving unstructured business problems in insurance or financial services
Exposure to analytics engagements involving claims performance, process optimization, or risk monitoring
Academic background in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Actuarial Science
Prior client-facing consulting experience is highly desirable
