Cybersecurity Technical Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Turn company vision into plans, leading to results
Build and lead a high-performance team
Build systems for scale without slowing the company down
Set priorities and help develop operational policies for areas of responsibility
Directly manage teams and collaborate with subject area leads
Ensure successful project delivery—on time and on budget
Drive billing utilization and profitability within technical departments
Oversee daily tech operations
Foster team development and a culture of continuous improvement
Champion speed of execution and agile decision-making
Nurture and grow the company’s culture, ensuring alignment with core values
Build scalable processes and demonstrate client empathy in all interactions
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
Align technical team based on team-driven SMART Goals
Drive the company’s technology capabilities to surpass client satisfaction and retention, and company goals, including the creation of new products
Manage and grow the technical teams with a focus on Microsoft technologies

Qualification

Microsoft AzureConnectWise PSACISSP certificationMSSP experienceStrategic planningClient empathyLeadership skillsCommunication skillsCritical thinking

Required

Bachelor's degree (minimum)
Experience in an MSSP environment
Strong Microsoft expertise, especially Azure and Copilot
Administrative experience in ConnectWise (CW) PSA
Must live and breathe the CMMC culture
Must be an A-player with proven leadership and execution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to nurture and grow company culture
Client empathy and a focus on scalability
Strong critical thinking and decisive decision-making skills

Computer networking: 2 years (Required)
Office 365: 2 years (Required)
English (Required)

Preferred

Certifications in Azure and AI
CISSP certification
Strategic planning experience
NIST 800-171 Standards: 1 year (Preferred)
