Responsibilities
Oversee domestic and foreign trademark matters for a global client base
Trademark and brand clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing including preparation of OA responses, use affidavits, maintenance and renewal filings, cease and desist letters, and brand counseling
Prepare oppositions, cancellations, and appeals at the TTAB
Provide due diligence assessments and prepare assignments, security agreements, and releases as needed
Preference given for domain name conflict resolution and copyright experience
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a trademark attorney working on searching, clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing
Active license to practice law at the office location (or ability to waive in)
Preferred
TTAB experience
USPTO examiner experience
