Construction

Responsibilities

Install exterior components (bumpers, suspensions, windows, flares) and build complete interiors with precision
Specialize in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems for custom builds. Manage, train, and mentor a team of skilled builders, while collaborating with the Owner to set goals and deadlines
Ensure all work complies with shop safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Oversee inventory, tools, and material management. Report any shortages or damaged items to the Owner
Ensure work meets torque specifications, performance standards, and quality expectations
Troubleshoot issues during the build process, ensuring smooth and timely project execution

Required

5+ years of relevant van building or related trade experience
3+ years of team leadership experience
Expertise in van building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical integration)
Skilled in using hand and power tools (drills, saws, routers, etc.)
Strong safety knowledge and ability to enforce safe work practices
Advanced construction math skills
Ability to create and follow systems and SOPs
Excellent communication skills and experience with customer-facing roles
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, etc.) and CRM platforms
