10+ years expCoforge is seeking an experienced Power BI Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise BI solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and Databricks. This role will lead the creation of scalable dashboards, optimize data models, and ensure seamless integration with modern data platforms.

Responsibilities
Define BI architecture aligned with enterprise data strategy using Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Databricks
Establish best practices for data modeling, semantic layers, and visualization standards
Lead development of dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions
Oversee integration of data pipelines from Azure Data Factory and Databricks into BI tools
Implement performance tuning for Power BI (DAX, aggregations) and Databricks workloads
Monitor cost and resource utilization across BI and data platforms
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
Implement row-level security (RLS) and workspace governance in Power BI
Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage expectations
Mentor BI developers and analysts; enforce coding and visualization standards
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's/master's in computer science, Information Systems, or related
Experience: 10 years in BI and data analytics; 5+ years in leadership roles
Technical Skills: Power BI (Advanced DAX, data modeling, RLS), Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, ADLS, Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake), SQL expertise
Tools: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD for BI solutions
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership
Preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern BI architectures
Experience with data governance tools (Purview)
Certifications: DP-500 (Azure Enterprise BI), DP-203 (Data Engineering)
