Responsibilities

Providing technical support, guidance, and supervision to aligned IT team(s)

Assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the aligned IT team, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and services

Overseeing user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with vendors as necessary

Assisting in implementing IT policies and procedures, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with the IT Manager to execute IT priorities

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role, or healthcare related experience

Prior experience in team leadership, project coordination, and customer support

Proficiency in IT project management methodologies and tools

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

In-depth understanding of IT applications, systems, infrastructure, and operations

Knowledge of process analysis, optimization, and documentation

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
