Responsibilities
Owning and managing your assigned territory with strategic focus and accountability
Building, developing, and closing new client relationships that drive long-term value
Partnering closely with our solution specialists to ensure a technical wins
Exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, and landing new logos through your referral network, partner activity, outbound contact, and supporting marketing events and campaigns
Highlighting Conduktor’s value proposition to raise curiosity and interest, and organizing demos and meetings with clients and our technical team
Utilizing a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our solutions and value propositions
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of sales experience, including in an Account Executive (or equivalent) role within SaaS or a related industry, ideally selling enterprise data software
Experience encouraging customers at senior levels to think differently about a problem or challenge
Understanding of some or all of the data technology ecosystem, especially Apache Kafka, Data Streaming, and the broader technology landscape; essentially the key players, technologies, and challenges being solved
Proactive, independent thinker with a high energy and a positive attitude
Previously worked in a startup
