Responsibilities

Interface with high-net-worth clients, responding to inquiries and booking them on luxury golf cruises and private jet tours
Manage ongoing communications with guests, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships
Collaborate with Tour Directors and Planners to understand and guide clients through the details of their trips

Qualification

Customer service experienceHospitality experienceTravel industry experienceWritten communicationVerbal communicationFileMaker familiarityDetail-orientedSelf-starter

Required

5+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
Exceptional customer-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to balance multiple overlapping trips and manage conflicting priorities
Detail-oriented self-starter who can manage workload and meet deadlines
Experience in the travel industry or extensive personal travel experience

Preferred

Familiarity with digital platforms like FileMaker is a plus
