Senior Regional Deployment Manager (RDM Lead)
CACI International Inc is seeking a motivated Regional Deployment Manager to join their Customs and Border Protection (CBP) team in Northern Virginia. The role involves managing deployment engineers and activities, implementing deployment strategies, and ensuring compliance with security standards while supporting border security efforts.

Responsibilities
Manage a team of deployment engineers and deployment activities across multiple agile teams and projects
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of deployment strategies aligned with agile principles and DevOps practices
Oversee collaboration with development teams, QA, and operations to streamline the deployment pipeline
Manage and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
Implement and maintain deployment automation tools and scripts
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices throughout the deployment process
Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolution efforts
Monitor and report on deployment metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Lead and conduct post-deployment reviews and facilitate continuous improvement of deployment processes
Stay up-to-date with emerging deployment technologies and methodologies
Ensuring deployment compliance and security
Manage and perform custom support tasks at Air, land, sea, rail, Ports of entry and Border Patrol Locations
Manage and perform on-site activities related to installation, repair, management, and maintenance of hardware
Perform troubleshooting of existing solutions to resolution
Track and document all performed work at a particular location
Be able to work at field locations in all-weather scenarios interpedently
Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members and with other stakeholders
Address conflicts and resolve issues within the team promptly and professionally
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
Set clear expectations and goals for the team, aligned with organizational objectives
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and recognition for achievements
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to: 3-year check for felony convictions, 1-year check for illegal drug use, 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
Minimum Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of overall experience, 7+ years of deployment experience, or similar role
Experience with managing, troubleshooting, drawing designs, and preserving technical equipment
Proficient in using mobile tools and applications
Understand basic low voltage wiring principals
Proficient with signal cabling such as CAT 6 and coaxial to include testing and termination
Ability to drive daily to job sites up to 100 miles
Will travel to locations on the US borders
Must be available to work a hybrid schedule with an on-site requirement in Sterling, VA
