Service contract billing
Customer set-up and maintenance in database
General billing
Reconciling customer statements
Managing Accounts in collection
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
2 or more years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting position
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Possess excellent time management skills with a focus on deadlines
