Program Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities

Support implementation, sustainment, and day-to-day operations of the Joint Enterprise Technology Tool (JETT)
Manage and modernize digital engagement tools to track emerging technologies and shifts in the commercial technical landscape
Provide guidance and recommendations on industry engagements aligned to CBRND capability gaps
Support collaboration activities with industry, academia, and government stakeholders under government direction
Assist with enterprise-wide acquisition and development initiatives leveraging commercial technologies
Develop, implement, and refine outreach processes and tools for engaging non-traditional partners
Analyze findings from industry engagements and integrate reusable tools, best practices, and partnership opportunities
Support organization and execution of stakeholder forums and industry engagement events (e.g., industry days)
Assist in refining engagement processes to improve effectiveness and alignment with JPEO-CBRND objectives
Support vetting, management, and distribution of data captured within JETT
Facilitate strategic communications between government, industry, and academia
Support execution of communication strategies to promote JETT adoption within and beyond JPEO-CBRND
Assist in streamlining request-for-information and industry engagement processes
Provide data management and analytics support to inform leadership decision-making
Support CBRN strategy, operations planning, and leadership initiatives as required

Required

Active Top Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations research, science, business, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in industry outreach, commercial marketing, and/or data management
Extensive experience providing guidance on industry engagements to align commercial solutions with CBRND capability gaps
Extensive experience managing and modernizing digital engagement platforms or tools
Demonstrated background within the Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) enterprise
Experience supporting CBRN strategy development, operations planning, and leadership initiatives
Broad government and commercial DoD experience, including extensive experience with Army acquisition programs
