Responsibilities
Review and prepare complex tax returns and workpapers for individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, and S-Corps
Advise clients on tax planning strategies and address complex tax issues
Assist with year-end closings, accounting projects, and client advisory on tax and accounting matters
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-touch service
Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
1+ years of experience with estate, gift, and trust tax matters is a plus
Strong knowledge of individual, partnership, and S-Corp taxation
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
Preferred
CPA or CPA eligible preferred
