Responsibilities
Be the voice of the customer: Spend time with GPs, understand their workflows, pain points, and aspirations around removables
Shape the market: Build positioning and messaging that makes Dandy’s removable offerings the obvious choice for practices
Launch big things: Drive go-to-market strategy for new removable offerings and make Dandy known for innovation
Drive team success: Partner with enablement to build high-impact training that empowers sales, account management, and CX teams to win removables cases and support practices
Iterate fast: Track adoption and feedback, experiment with new approaches, and move quickly to capture opportunities
Be an owner: Make strategic decisions, take initiative, and push projects forward even if the process isn’t spelled out
Qualification
Required
6+ years in marketing, brand, and/or product marketing
Experience launching and scaling products — ideally in startup, high-growth environments, or agencies
Strong storyteller and communicator – can turn nuanced information into compelling, punchy messaging and positioning that converts from top to bottom of funnel
Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, resourceful, thrives in ambiguity, and biased toward action
Comfortable influencing and collaborating across product, ops, sales, and marketing
