Senior Panel Manager - Market Research

Responsibilities
Own the panel build, management and engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with research objectives and participant experience goals
Coordinate with suppliers and field recruiters to verify and recruit participants for panel, through various channels
Run campaigns on internal participant database and lists as well
Review, build, and optimize screening criteria and ensure recruited participants meet the criteria
Maintain the database of panel members, ensuring their information is up-to-date and accurate
Regularly communicate with panel members to keep them engaged and informed about upcoming studies
Coordinate and schedule participants for research sessions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Ensure timely and fair distribution of incentives
Ensure recruitment and research activities comply with relevant privacy and ethical guidelines
Work closely with UX researchers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide the right participants for their studies
Track and report on recruitment and panel engagement to inform future strategies
Maintain the panel performance metrics on daily basis
Create compelling, professional email content and supporting materials to engage panel members and drive participation in research activities
Build and maintain accurate records of FAQ guide, recruitment activities, screening criteria, participant communications, incentive distribution, and compliance checks
Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible for audits and internal reviews
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in related field
End-to-End hands-on panel management experience
Familiarity in managing B2B and B2C panels
Familiarity with UX research and methodologies
Experience in participant recruitment, panel management, or a related field
Project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with panel database management and scheduling tools
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing participant information
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to participant recruitment and scheduling
