Responsibilities
Build and maintain data pipelines connecting marketing systems (Marketo, Salesforce, web analytics) to centralized environments; Ensure data is structured, validated, and analytics-ready
Use SQL (and optionally Python/R) to query and transform large datasets; Develop marketing metrics, attribution models, and forecasting tools to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness
Partner with marketing and technical teams to translate business needs into data solutions; Enable reporting automation and provide insights that drive strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Marketo and Salesforce
Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics
Proficiency in SQL; Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex data concepts clearly
