Attorney
Allied Title & Escrow is redefining the closing experience and is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This role involves conducting closings, drafting legal documents, and resolving title issues while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Conduct closings in offices and out of the office when needed
Draft documents in preparation for closing (Deeds, contracts, escrow agreements, etc.)
Work with processors to solve title issues (breaks in the chain of title, estate issues, legal description discrepancies, etc.)
Attorneys are often required to communicate internally with the Allied Title processing team and externally with clients, government entities, surveyors, etc. to facilitate title issue resolution
If needed, attorneys must coordinate with underwriting counsel
Qualification
Required
Must have passed the bar in Virginia or DC
Full-time in-office position
Preferred
Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
