Responsibilities

Architect and design a high-throughput, enterprise-grade algo trading platform
Lead the development of distributed, event-driven systems using Java, Aeron, and other high-performance messaging frameworks
Design and optimize Smart Order Routing (SOR) logic for multi-venue execution
Leverage AWS cloud services to build scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant components
Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and trading teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
Set and maintain engineering best practices for code quality, performance, and reliability

Required

10+ years of software engineering experience
Proven expertise in low-latency trading systems architecture
Proficiency in Java coding, API design and distributed systems
Experience with execution algorithms
Knowledge of smart order routing (SOR) and algo trading
Knowledge of Aeron or related technology
Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-based deployments
Ability to mentor agile teams
