1+ years expIPHASE Bioscience is seeking a Senior Scientist to join their growing US team. In this high impact role, you will lead experimental design and execution to support pharmaceutical programs and the cell and gene therapy (CGT) industry.

Responsibilities
Support development of products that align to overall company mission and goals
Continually explore current market position and realize market gap opportunities
Act as liaison between Production team and US distributors/Clients
Apply and develop new experimental capabilities related to immune cells and cell assays
Write and present experimental reports, summaries and protocols to the team
Conduct day-to-day problem solving, work prioritization, and co-ordination across the team and clients
Qualification
Required
MS with 2-5 years or PhD with 1-3 years laboratory experience, or equivalent experience in immunology and cell biology, and biochemistry
Must be self-motivated and excel working under minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of scientific principles of in the CGT and organoid area
Good oral and written communication skills in English/Chinese
Sponsor working permit H-1/Green Card applications
Preferred
Previous experience with cell culture/spheroid/organoids is preferred
