Build and deliver training on Generative AI, LLMs, Conversational AI, and data platforms
Lead virtual and onsite workshops
Develop training materials including decks, labs, and assessments
Translate technical concepts into clear, hands-on instruction
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align programs with customer needs
Stay current with modern AI tools, platforms, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years in technical training, enablement, consulting, or AI roles
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and Conversational AI
Skilled facilitator with excellent communication
Familiar with platforms such as Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, and leading conversational AI vendors
Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training
Preferred
AI/LLM or cloud certifications
Experience with enterprise customers
Background in data engineering, analytics, or solution architecture
