Responsibilities
Lead the strategic design and execution of the company’s enterprise transformation roadmap, focused on growth, scalability, and digital reinvention
Champion and oversee the implementation of AI-driven technologies across operations, supply chain, customer experience, and product development
Establish and manage the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to ensure alignment, prioritization, and delivery of key transformation initiatives
Identify and remove operational inefficiencies and legacy processes through data, automation, and change leadership
Serve as a change agent—building strong cross-functional partnerships and fostering an adaptive, agile corporate culture
Collaborate with C-suite executives and Board members to communicate progress, risk, and value realization of transformation efforts
Build and mentor high-performing teams across transformation, analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise innovation functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, strategy, digital operations, or innovation roles
Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a $500M+ organization, ideally within manufacturing, industrials, energy, or adjacent sectors
Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and automation technologies, with practical experience driving digital implementation strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
Deep expertise in change management, organizational design, and cultural transformation
Executive presence with strong communication skills and a track record of influencing at the Board and CEO level
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
