Responsibilities

Ownership and support of agency’s financial management solution platform Maconomy including, but not limited to:

Creation and ongoing maintenance of clients, jobs, Sub-Jobs ensuring accuracy of related documentation and adherence to audit requirement

Time and out of pocket moves including job re-allocations ensuring actual to budget amounts are accurately recorded and proper documentation is obtained

Timesheet follow up with staff agency wide

Timesheet training for all new employees that will be utilizing Maconomy

Ensure accuracy of all client data including rates and client payment terms

Work closely with client finance associate ensuring vendor purchase orders are up to date, accurately coded and approved in a timely manner

In partnership with client finance lead, assist in the timely preparation of:

Monthly job verifications

Monthly reporting

Act as billing liaison with shared service team, ensuring accuracy of information and adherence to client requirements

Provide ad hoc administrative support across all accounts on an as needed basis

Required

Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or Economics

Excellent attention to detail

Experience with or willingness to learn new technologies (Maconomy, Hyperion)

Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel

2-4 years of experience

Accuracy, strong attention to details

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Collaborative and proactive team player focused on continuously improving processes

Independent, curious, self-starter with strong problem solving and analytical skills

Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and perform tasks under tight deadlines
