Responsibilities
Lead growth efforts across clinical care and academic health sciences, expanding an established healthcare portfolio
Develop and manage long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare systems and institutions
Drive pursuit strategy, participate in client interviews, and support successful project wins
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation, conferences, publications, and thought leadership initiatives
Contribute to regional and annual healthcare business planning, including market focus, growth goals, and strategic priorities
Provide day-to-day leadership for healthcare teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance studio culture
Mentor and develop project managers and emerging leaders
Partner with national practice leaders to strengthen healthcare expertise, talent development, and market positioning
Encourage knowledge sharing and innovation across teams and offices
Maintain oversight of planning, programming, and design quality across healthcare projects
Ensure project goals, client vision, and quality standards are consistently met
Maintain deep understanding of healthcare delivery trends and academic health sciences environments
Support fee development, contract negotiations, and client communications as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of architectural experience, including at least 5 years focused on healthcare facilities
Proven experience in client leadership, business development, and healthcare project management
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required
Preferred
Prior studio, office, or market leadership experience
15+ years of experience ideal
Master's degree in Architecture or Healthcare Administration
Professional licensure
