Responsibilities
Train and guide other team members on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc
Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions
Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs
Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, team members, etc
Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
Qualification
Required
Previous food service experience
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs
Preferred
Previous supervisory experience in a related role
