Responsibilities

Strong experience in AML / Financial Crime program delivery within banking or financial services
Hands-on understanding of OFSAA / MANTAS architecture (BD, ECM, ETL, Reporting)
Proven expertise in regulatory change management, release planning, and cutover execution
Experience managing DC migrations and large-scale infrastructure transformations
Strong background in risk management, dependency tracking, and governance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technology, and regulators
