Responsibilities
You drive the cases and develop the strategies to discuss with clients and business partners. We have trial level lawyers but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the skills to do so. You are lead counsel on day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved
Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years' experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 3 years in Arizona, and 6 years of insurance defense
Minimum 3 years' experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 2 years in Arizona
Preferred
1 year of insurance defense preferred
