Responsibilities
Oversee various responsibilities within HR and Accounting, including benefits administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and payroll administration
Manage health and benefit plans
Lead employee onboarding and benefits open enrollment process
Counsel employees on benefits and resolve issues by liaising with brokers and carriers
Oversee payroll administration for US and Europe, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and legal requirements
Manage HRIS system for employee data, onboard new hires, and conduct orientation
Maintain and administer immigration programs, including visa processes and compliance
Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving HR-related issues
Collect and analyze HR metrics and payroll data to support decision-making
Act as the primary HR contact in the absence of the global head of HR
Serve as a culture carrier, promoting the firm’s values of integrity, teamwork, excellence, and a positive work environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in HR and/or Accounting
Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and judgment
High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Strong analytical skills to assess and address problems effectively
Project management skills with ability to balance multiple high-priority projects
Knowledge of benefits plan design, payroll administration, and immigration matters; experience in employee relations is a plus
