Customer Service Representative (AM Shift, Full Time)
The Facilities Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to become a part of their team. The role involves managing a high call volume, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to vendors, and ensuring customer inquiries and complaints are addressed efficiently.

Responsibilities
Able to utilize Service Channel to schedule appointments
Follow up on past due invoices/accounts receivable
Monitor email and respond in a time efficient manner
Data entry
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Follow up to ensure any concerns are resolved
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
