Area Coordinator

Responsibilities
Develops and maintains unit/department schedules
Collaborates regarding flexing staffing between units/departments based on patient acuity levels and budgetary guidelines
Participates in managing the unit/department business operations and budget
Maintains the Payroll System for assigned unit/department and reconciles discrepancies
Provides clerical and administrative support
Performs environmental rounds to assess maintenance, equipment and supply needs and provides appropriate follow-up action
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 years of relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED may substitute for 2 years of work experience
This position has been designated as safety sensitive and cannot be filled by a candidate who is a current user of medical marijuana
Flu vaccines are required
Preferred
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
