Executive Assistant – Investment Team
Career Group is a well-established private equity firm with a 40-year track record of consistent growth, seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Investment Team. The role involves providing administrative support to a 15-20 person investment team, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule meetings for members of the healthcare investment team
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and logistics
Arrange domestic and international travel using an established travel agent
Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Maintain professionalism and discretion while handling sensitive information
Partner closely with another EA to ensure seamless team coverage and support
Assist with ad hoc administrative projects as needed
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a professional services environment
Open to candidates from a variety of industry backgrounds
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests
High level of professionalism and discretion
Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills
Flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
Genuine interest in supporting an investment team and learning about the firm's business
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., DealCloud or similar) is a plus
