Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all phases of class action litigation (wage & hour, consumer protection, employment, or similar matters)
Assist with drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Manage large-scale document review and production
Coordinate class notices, claims administration, and settlement documentation
Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation databases
Communicate with clients, experts, vendors, and co-counsel
Prepare trial binders and assist with trial/arbitration preparation as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in class action or complex litigation
Strong understanding of civil procedure and discovery rules
Experience with e-filing in state and/or federal courts
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
