Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

Work with management team to update territories and set sales goals and budgets

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Conduct regular visits to customer sites, including contractors, plumbers, and other related businesses

Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers based on their specific needs

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets

Monitor customer’s credit status and assist in collections as needed

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery

Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts

Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services
