Responsibilities

Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, financial underwriting, and prepare investment materials and reports for current and prospective investors

Perform financial analysis of existing properties and assist in all aspects of the development team’s functions

Build and maintain detailed financial models, including pro forma models and sensitivity analyses

Research market data, comparables, operating expenses, and construction costs to support feasibility studies

Gather, compile, and analyze demographic, economic, and competitive market data

Support entitlement and permitting reviews under the direction of the Development Team

Assist with transaction due diligence, including coordination with consultants, title companies, and legal advisors

Prepare offering memoranda for investors and lenders

Assist in the preparation of Development Committee materials
