Responsibilities
Perform detailed circuit engineering for network augments and migrations
Develop technical specifications for installation and circuit grooming
Coordinate with Network Planning, RCAT, and Local Operations to ensure customer-safe migrations
Obtain management approvals and issue circuit orders and KIRKE events
Create and maintain designs, diagrams, and documentation in Verizon databases
Ensure all work meets engineering, financial, planning, and operational standards
Manage, update, and maintain central Network Inventory Databases for new builds, adds, and decommissions
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Verizon systems: PC, TCOMS, BGW, COMS, SNM, CCP
Experience submitting RMODs for circuit verification
Strong working knowledge of KIRKE (event submission and tracking)
Experience with EASR and LEC order interfaces
Familiarity with Maintenance Tracker
Working knowledge of CANVAS and related applications
